We strive to give you the best value for children books in Singapore. If you find the same book (ie same ISBN) sold at a lower normal (not promotional) price in Singapore, let us know via email to enquiry@wonderbox.com.sg. 

Ordering

Shopping Cart
To add items to your shopping cart, just click on the button Order. To remove any item, go to Review Cart, change the quantity to zero and click RECALCULATE. To go back to shopping, you can either click on the "back" button on your computer menu screen, or  "Continue Shopping" button on the order form which brings you back to the Wonderbox home page.

Placing an order
When you have finished your order, click on Go To Payment.  You will be asked to provide personal and delivery particulars. Once your order is received, you will get an email confirmation. 

Cancellations/Changes to an order 
Once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled. However, we will inform you if any item that you ordered is out of stock or unavailable. You can either:
- replace with another item
- wait for stocks (in which case, we will wait for the stock to arrive before delivering your order)
- cancel the item

International orders
We do not accept international orders, ie shipping outside Singapore.

Currency 
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

Payment for Singapore orders
-COD (cash on delivery) or 
-Cheque upon delivery: Please cross cheque and make payable to Wonderbox Books & Gifts.

Delivery
Books, CDs, Swimshop items and selected toyswill be delivered in 10 to 14 working days upon order confirmation. Teaching supplies and selected toys will be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. Special orders normally take 14 working days. We will contact you by phone or SMS to arrange the delivery date and time convenient to you. We will also contact you if any item is not available so that you can choose to cancel or replace the item.We do not deliver to Tuas, Jurong Island and Changi Airport.

Delivery charges 
Delivery is free for a single purchase of S$85 and more. A $8 delivery charge will be automatically added for purchases under S$85 . Please note that there is a surcharge of $2 for delivery to Central Business District (CBD) areas in Singapore regardless of purchase amount. This will be added to the invoice.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Prices include GST.

Promotions
Promotional prices may be offered from time to time. Wonderbox is not bound to the promotional prices outside the period of promotion.

Return Policy
We check the merchandise thoroughly before delivering. However, you are advised to check that all items are in order and good condition upon delivery. If any item is defective, we will exchange it with either a new copy of the same title or an alternative title. However, there is a delivery charge of $6 for the item exchange.  

Electronic Orders
The terms of sale in this electronic form constitute a written document. 

Confidentiality
All personal information given to us through the mailing list and order forms will be kept confidential and will not be divulged to any third party.

Wonderbox reserves the right to change the prices, terms and conditions of sale without giving any notice.

Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify Wonderbox from any claims, expenses including legal costs that may arise from the use of this website. The indemnity also covers any breach of terms and conditions of the sale by the Customer.
